Sign up for your agent account
Create an account with your email and password (we'll send a quick confirmation link), or continue with Google. Every inspection tool lives behind your sign-in, so your work stays yours.
Start your inspection on your phone
Open the audit tool when you arrive at the property. It works right in your phone's browser — nothing to download, no clipboard, no paper binder. Your progress autosaves as you go, so you can put your phone away and pick up where you left off.
Walk the property and tick off 101 points
The guided walkthrough covers everything your clients ask about: arrival and check-in, rooms, food and drink, pools and grounds, service, spa, weddings and groups, accessibility and more. Tick what you see and jot a quick note where it matters.
Add titled photos as evidence
Snap pictures of the property as you walk — lobby, rooms, pools, restaurants. Give each photo a title so it's easy to find later. Photos show the resort only, never people.
Submit and export your report
When you're done, submit the inspection. You get a polished PDF report for your records or a client file, and your submission is stored in your account — exportable to a spreadsheet whenever you need it.
