Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what we collect, who receives it — including our business partners — and the rights you have over your data.

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials when you create an account or sign in with Google.

Inspection data: the resort names, checklist answers, notes, and photo counts you save through the tool. Photos themselves are never stored on our servers — only the count of photos is kept with each inspection.

Billing data: purchase history and subscription status. Card numbers are handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and never touch our servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage events, used for security, bot protection, and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

To operate the service: saving your inspections, enforcing plan limits, processing payments, and sending sign-in and account emails.

To improve the service: understanding how features are used and generating aggregated, de-identified insights.

To protect the service: fraud prevention, bot detection, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing with partners and agencies

We share account data, inspection results, notes, and derived insights with our business partners under written agreements. Partners may use this data for the purposes we specify — for example industry benchmarking, product improvement, and travel-market analysis — and are contractually required to protect it and comply with applicable privacy laws.

If your account belongs to an agency, your inspections and account data are also visible to that agency's owner and administrators.

We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the service and its users.

4. Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the agency pricing page or the account you hold with us — we will respond as the applicable law requires.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You have the rights described above without discrimination for exercising them.

5. Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as your account exists and as needed afterward for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. Saved inspections are always kept, even after you cancel a paid plan.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and rate limiting to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information to a commercially reasonable standard.

6. Where your data lives

The service is operated in the United States. Your account and inspection data are stored and processed in the United States by our service providers.

7. Children and changes

The service is for working travel professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
